Where are you located?

You'll find Go Vita Ballarat at 23 Sturt St Ballarat. We are at the bottom of the Sturt St hill, not far from the Bridge Mall. We have some great coffee shops around us and plenty of parking (including your first hour free).
 
Do you have a naturopath in store?

Yes, we always endeavor to have a naturopath available in store to help you with general health queries. We can also offer private consultations for a more detailed discussion and a customised plan. You can make an appointment in store or contact us 


Can I shop online?

At the moment, we offer in-store only shopping. In store you will find around 8000 different products from various well-known and small-batch manufacturers of supplements, health foods, eco-friendly homewares and gifts, skin-care, cosmetics and much more. 

Delivery is available within the local area (you can request delivery here). We are also more than happy to arrange postage. If you can't make it into the store, request a call back from a staff member and we can chat to you about the products you need and the best way to get them to you.

 
Are you open during Covid lockdowns?

Yes. As a supplier of specialty grocery products and health supplies, we have been able to remain open during all of the Victorian lockdowns, so far.  Customers can still visit us in store as normal Monday-Friday 9-5:30 and Saturday 9-3. However, you can arrange delivery or direct-to-boot collection if you would prefer.


Are you a franchise?

No. All Go Vita stores are independently owned and operated. The Go Vita Ballarat store is locally owned and manages and employs around 15 staff members. We are part of a Cooperative with Go Vita Australia - which means collectively all Go Vita stores across the country can access health supplements, dietary-specific foods and eco-friendly products at competitive prices.

As an independently owned and operated store, we are free to access a huge variety of products from many different suppliers (including a large number of local producers), so if there is something you'd like to see in our store feel free to let us know and we will see what we can do. 

What does it mean to be a Go Vita Member?

Go Vita Ballarat members receive discounts of selected supplements every day of the week and up to 20% off storewide on our famous super days. You can also get access to member only competitions, invitations to member only events and be kept up to date with the latest news and products via a weekly newsletter. It is free to be a Go Vita Ballarat member.

What brands do you stock?

Supporting people in their endeavors to live a healthy life is paramount to what we do at Go Vita Ballarat. As such we carry a HUGE array of products from many different brands - some are from large, well known manufacturers and others are from a smaller producers.

Some of the most popular supplement brands include NutraVital, NutraLife, Fusion and Bioceuticals but there are many, many more.

We also stock Inika, Eye of Horus, Ere Perez, Moo Goo, Eco Tan, A Bit Hippy, Nutra Organics, White Wolf, Happy Way, Tropeaka, Macro Mike, Sweet Nectar Desserts, Gluten Free Precinct, Before You Speak... but this is just a small selection. There are too many different brands to list.
