Reishi is a type of woody fungus that you'll often find growing at the base of trees, or in stumps of dead or dying trees.
Reishi has been used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for hundreds of thousands of years. It is considered one of the most important and revered herbs in Asian history. TCM practitioners believe and prescribe reishi for general health and longevity, and to support immune function.
