High Fibre Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

Whip up these low sugar high fibre peanut butter bliss balls quickly and easily. One bowl and no baking required!


1 cup Natural Road Oat Bran

1/2 cup Go Vita 100% smooth peanut butter

1/2 cup Natural Road linseeds

1 cup Organic Road desiccated coconut

1/3 cup Organic Road raw honey

1/4 cup water


1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, until well blended.

2. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow mixture to firm up.

3. Using damp hands roll into balls.

4. Store in the fridge or freezer.
